Our New Year's Eve party organized by Naren, with the DJ and dance crew, was wonderful. The food and welcome drink were nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Tamil Selvan and the team, were prompt in their actions. Highly recommended for future events.

I recently attended an amazing New Year Party event at The Palms Hotel in Horchurch organized by Naren. I also stayed there for a couple of days with my family. It was my first time at The Palms and I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the customer service. The rooms were modern, clean, and well maintained. The food court had a decent selection and reasonable prices. I would definitely stay here again, especially since parking is free!

We had a fun New Year's party at this location with dancing and entertainment. The delicious food and variety of drinks added to the enjoyment. The area was well-secured for safety. However, there were some issues with low water pressure in the shower and high noise levels, impacting the quality of sleep.

We hosted my brother's wedding for 120 guests, but due to the Christmas holidays, many did not show up. Unfortunately, there was not enough food and what was served was rationed with small portion sizes. Dessert options were limited, tea tasted bad, and there were issues with the catering service. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we would reconsider hosting another event or getting food catered from the venue.

Attended a function with a young lady's 16th birthday celebration. The atmosphere was lovely and not rowdy despite multiple functions. The security presence was reassuring and non-interruptive. Overall, a very nice setting.

The Palms hotel in Romford is an ideal venue for events and parties, designed to high specifications. It offers grand banquet halls, a lovely bar with amazing drinks, around 140 rooms for accommodation, and ample parking space. A full package for weddings, the decor and food are impressive. The chef is amazing, and the staff are friendly and polite. Highly recommended after attending a wedding reception party there.

Over the weekend, we organized a two-day program at this hotel for 200 participants, including 140 overnight guests. The environment was beautiful, clean, and highly functional. The sound system and display screens in the conference hall were impressive, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Lana for her support. This venue is recommended for day visits and events like weddings or seminars.
